How many people will be assigned to my cleaning?
Typically if your order is 4 hours or less, one technician is assigned for the cleaning, unless otherwise noted in your order that you need a speedy cleaning. You will have the option to input any specifications in a text box upon checking out.
Orders with 5+ hours may be assigned from 2-4 technicians, or more in some cases depending on how big the job may be or the sense of urgency you may have for completion. Whenever possible, we make exceptions for our customers who have special time constraints with the smaller orders to ensure that the job gets completed in a timely manner.
How does the arrival time work?
We ask that you give us a 3 hour window for arrival on the day of your appointment. Because we have other orders to coordinate, we will be in touch with you at least one day before your appointment date to let you know the time of arrival. If you have any time constraints or additional flexibility, please make sure to note it at the end when checking out- there will be a text box for you to input any instructions.
What does the time estimation on my order mean?
Having been in this industry for many years and servicing thousands of homes, the biggest thing we have learned is that every home and client’s needs are different in a variety of ways. Because of this, we do not do a “cookie cutter” job for every home we service. Instead, we gather general and detailed information about your home as best we can through our system, and round up the total scope of work your home might be. We then follow up with our customers before their scheduled appointment to sort out any specific details about their home to make sure we are clear about what your priorities are, the condition of your home, it’s size and what can be done in the allotted time and whether your home may require more or less time.
How do I set up a recurring cleaning?
After your initial appointment, we will have a better understanding of what your home needs for future appointments. Please call us to set up recurring cleanings and we will put you into our system with a discounted rate!
What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We ask that you let us know as soon as you can about any rescheduling you may need. We reserve the time for your appointment and coordinate with others so that they synchronize properly for our technicians. Cancelling last minute causes lots of inconveniences for our staff and there will be a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning.
Do you accept last minute appointments?
We cannot predict what our schedule is like at any given moment, so we advise that you schedule your cleaning as soon as you can. However, you may call us to see if by chance we happen to have an opening for any last minute needs you may have. Most of the time it is possible!
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
All of our staff is equipped with all materials to do the job. If you would like for us to use your materials, please make sure you note that at the end of your order. There will be a box where you can input any notes upon checking out.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
You do not have to be present for the cleaning and can leave instructions for entering and exiting your property. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to see what your priorities are with your cleaning so that we make sure to communicate your needs to the technician assigned to your home.
What do I need to do to prepare for the the cleaning?
We want to make the cleaning as stress free as we can for you. Keep in mind that if your home has a lot of clutter or items on the floors and surfaces, picking them up will take time away from the actual scrubbing and cleaning of your home for the technician. If you would like to help prepare your place before hand, clearing up the floors and surfaces would be helpful. If you have ordered cleaning for the insides of your cabinets and fridge, emptying them for the technicians will be of great help and will allow them to get straight to cleaning!
Am I allowed to tip the technicians cash?
Yes. We are very appreciative of cash tips for our hard working technicians. Tipping the staff helps to keep them motivated for the hard work they do and supports experienced technicians to keep on going.
